I didn't understand much about sex in 2001. I understand it a bit better in 2016 but mostly I'm a guy who talks the talk via Facebook Messenger and then avoids eye contact and all conversation if I accidentally bumped into them in real life.
In 2001 I was 11 and in the dark about everything. Then Marilyn Manson released his glam Goth cover of 'Tainted Love' and nothing was the same. The whole video was so trash house party that it was every young millennial's teenage dream. Of course the reality was someone knocking off a lampshade and someone else kicking in your bathroom door while you contemplate how to explain that to your parents, in between picking up tinnies scattered around your back garden.

The real star of the show was bikini girl. I went through the whole video waiting for he to get some action, knowing knowing full well it would never happen. In fact I was 11 at the time - I probably didn't even know what that meant or what was even being insinuated - but bikini girl did something to me. She was my first crush, but where did she go? Well she's actually been hiding in plain sight.
The actress in question is Chyler Leigh. You may not know her name but you might recognise her work.
She also starred in Not Another Teen Movie which, unfortunately, was exactly that. Now I'm not saying NATM is the worst film that's ever been made, I'm just merely saying I can't think of one that is worse right at this current moment.
But perhaps more notably she starred as Dr. Lexie Grey in super addictive, gossipy hospital drama that was mostly about shagging in closets - Grey's Anatomy. Lexie was the half sister of main star Meredith Grey.

As it happens, I also really fancied Dr. Lexie Grey and when *SPOILER ALERT* her character was killed off I stopped watching the show and went back to The Sopranos.
