If you've watched the hit sitcom Friends, you'll be able to point out some of the places and things that are in nearly every episode.

Whether it's the neighbouring apartments, the Central Perk cafe or Gunther awkwardly in the background, there are a few tropes that are very memorable.

But there are few that can match the power, the iconography and the legendary status of the couch.

No, we're not talking about the one that could barely pivot around the stairs, we mean the one at the cafe where all the issues, dramas, and laughs came from.

Well, if you're a bit of a fan, then you're in luck: it's going on tour across Australia.

To celebrate the show turning 25 (yikes, feel old yet), Stan is bringing the couch Down Under for anyone who hasn't had a day, a week or even a year.

The tour dates are as follows:

Melbourne Central, Victoria
Thursday, 29 August, 10-9 pm
Friday, 30 August-1 September, 12-5 pm

Robina Town Centre, Queensland
Thursday, 5 September, 3-9 pm
Friday, 6 September-8 September, 11-4 pm

Westfield Tuggerah, New South Wales
Saturday, 7 September-8 September, 11-4 pm

Westfield Chatswood, New South Wales
Saturday, 7 September-8 September, 11-4 pm

Burnside Village, South Australia
Saturday, 14 September-15 September, 12-5 pm

Westfield Southland, Victoria
Saturday, 21 September-22 September, 12-5 pm

Broadway Shopping Centre, New South Wales
Saturday, 21 September-22 September, 12-5 pm

You're free to snap a picture of you and your friends on the couch, which will enter you into a competition.

The top prize gets you a photo of the cast, which they've all signed. Not too shabby for a picture and a hashtag.
