Pretty funny tbf!

The opening credits of The Simpsons are legendary. Bart skateboarding away from school, the lines he has to write on the blackboard, Lisa on her saxophone and Homer with some lithium down his back - it's all classic. But it's even better when they get a guest animator in to tweak it.

And they got fellow animation show Robot Chicken to do the couch gag this time and it is possibly the best one of all time.

Someone nicks the painting of a boat from above the sofa in the Simpson's living room and Homer treks through other animation worlds to find it. It's a bit meta, it's pretty funny and it features South Park!

Homer walks into the snowy set of South Park and says "Is this a TV show or did I walk into a third grade shoebox diaorama?"

Brutal - but funny! Take a look here...

Over the years that The Simpson's has been on TV - which is almost 30 - there have been some amazing couch gags.

One of the creepiest ones was by Banksy. It starts off fairly normal - there's some graffiti that says Banksy on it and Bart has written his lines all over the walls. But then it gets a bit freaky as we go behind the scenes of Fox merchandise...

And some of the couch gags have been so good that they get big awards. Don Hertzfelt's vision of The Simpsons 10,000 years in the future was nominated for an Academy Award. It's pretty freaky - the family is reduced to floating heads with Homer saying his catchphrase "D'oh" continuously.

They can get quite arty - this one by French artist Sylvain Chomet is pretty cultural but it's also got quite a funny twist at the end.

The creator of The Simpsons also made Futurama and they did a crossover episode which fused the two opening credits which was really cool.

For fans of Adventure Time, they did their own couch gag for the show - complete with an opening song. It works pretty well!
