Fans Think That The Kid In Toy Story 4 Might Not Be Andy

Fans Think That The Kid In Toy Story 4 Might Not Be Andy

The first full-length trailer for Toy Story 4 was released yesterday, it was everything we hoped it would be and more, but there will always be the die-hard fans out there criticising every little change.

Toy Story boffins have noticed something that actually got us thinking though - is it really Andy in the flashback clip with Jessie and Buzz?

First of all, it might be best to jog your memory back to when the 'original Andy' featured in the films.

Here the pair are together:

OG Andy (L) and Toy Story 4's 'Andy' (R).

So, people started quizzing whether Disney Pixar had forgot what Andy looked like while others questioned the likelihood of him having plastic surgery. Given that he's depicted as a child, unlikely...

What has happened then? We need to know. Well, according to some fans, this is in fact Andy's son. What a twist.

One person went in deep, figuring out how old Andy was in 1995 meaning that he's now 32. This is all getting too much.

This theory was called out with one person responding: "He can't be 32 if the girl in the movie is still the same age," another agreed: "That's what I was thinking, if its Andy's son, Bonnie would be older as well."

Maybe, just maybe, this could be due to an upgrade in the technology meaning that the character can be defined more? Oh, who are we trying to kid, eh? This is not the Andy we know.

We're sure there is a very good reason for the changes that will be explained soon (well, on 21 June when the film is released).

But prepare yourselves because Tim Allen (aka Buzz) has warned fans that the final instalment will be a real tearjerker. Well, I guess we're used to that - who didn't cry during Toy Story 3?

Speaking to The Talk, Allen said: "It is so emotional, it's so funny, it's so big, the idea they've come up with, I'm startled. I couldn't even get through the last scene. I would love to be a Washington leaker."

Bring on what sounds like an emotional watch. Don't forget the tissues, LADs.
