Tim Allen has revealed that Keanu Reeves has a role in Toy Story 4. Can't wait for this.

Speaking on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Allen said: "New guys are in it. Keanu Reeves has got a great part in it. Inside story, even the fun, gentle guy that he is, even he said, 'This sounds too much like Buzz Lightyear'.

"And his character does have an edge to that."

How exciting.

As yet, we don't know who he's going to play in the movie, but we do know the fourth and final instalment is set to have us all crying our eyes out.

Allen (better known as Buzz Lightyear to Toy Story fans) revealed that he was left in tears when the cast were recording the final scenes.

Speaking to The Talk, Allen revealed: "It is so emotional, it's so funny, it's so big, the idea they've come up with, I'm startled.

"I couldn't even get through the last scene. I would love to be a Washington leaker."

But when pressed for further details he refused to 'leak', adding: "I just can't do it. I can't give any more away.

"They've got great characters but a couple of scenes toward the end were really hard to get through."

Meanwhile, co-star Tom Hanks (Woody) told Radio 2's Chris Evans that taking part in recording the last scenes was 'a moment in history'.

"The way you record Toy Story, you're in a room with the team that has created it," he explained.

"When I went in for my last day of recording, I wanted to have my back to them, because usually, you're facing him, so he can look right up and you can talk about it. But I didn't want to see them and pretend they couldn't see me.

"When I realised what they were going for, I realised, 'Oh, this is a moment in history'."

Fans of the movie will have to wait until 21 June 2019 to find out what becomes of Woody, Buzz and co. but it sounds like you should be ready to cry buckets. In the meantime, it's the perfect chance to rewatch the first three movies in the franchise, isn't it?
