New film Bleed For This looks so good. Its executive producer is none other than Martin Scorsese and if that isn't enough for you, it's also based on a true story.
The trailer's dropped and we can't help but think this is going to be one of the biggest films of the year.

Basically the film follows the story of cocky Rhode Island boxer Vinny Pazienza (Miles Teller) back in 1988. It chronicles his career as he moves up weight classes. Eventually, he takes down French boxer Gilbert Delé in front of a hometown crowd to become Super Middleweight champion of the world.
Not long afterwards, he's involved in a head-on car crash. His whole world is turned upside down as he's left with a broken neck. Doctors recommend spinal fusion surgery. If it's successful then he can walk, but his boxing career would be over. He instead decides to have the far riskier 'halo' spine-stabilisation treatment, which requires him to wear a circular metal brace screwed directly into his skull for six months.
He then goes on to begin training again. Obviously, I'm not going to tell you what happens but you can always Google.
What do you reckon? Thumbs up or thumbs down?
