Gripping NBC drama Manifest is finally airing in the UK, landing on Sky One tomorrow at 9pm.

The supernatural show has already been a big hit in the US, with viewers comparing it to Lost and it's now going to be available on UK TV for the first time.

The drama centres on the passengers of Montego Air Flight 828, who land safely after a turbulent flight from Jamaica to New York.

But they quickly learn that they've actually been away for more than five years and that, naturally, they're all presumed dead.

As they struggle to come to terms with the news, they also find that their loved ones have given up hope of ever finding them, mourned and moved on.

Alongside this a deeper mystery is unfolding, and some of the passengers start to realise they may have been given a second chance for a reason.

The first season consists of 16 episodes and has proved so popular that NBC has already ordered a second season.

And if the fan reaction is anything to go by, it's a most welcome decision - posting on social media, one viewer wrote: "It's torture having to wait a full year before Manifest is back on my screen."

While another said: "I am so hyped for this. Best show on TV."

A third added: "It's not good. It is great. Buckle up, it's a rough ride but well worth watching."

High praise indeed.

It's got a solid 7.5 on IMDB

Manifest stars Josh Dallas (who you might have seen in Once Upon a Time), Melissa Roxburgh (Diary of a Wimpy Kid), Athena Karkanis (Suits) and J.R. Ramirez (who starred in Jessica Jones).

If supernatural shows are your thing, then Netflix also has a new drama that is creeping people. Indian mini-series The Typewriter has been picking up rave reviews on social media as people say it's left them feeling 'helpless' and 'anxious' - what more do you want from a ghost story, eh?

The show centres on three kids in Goa, who embark on a mission to try and capture a ghost that lives in a haunted house in their neighbourhood.

But before they manage to get involved in a bit of ghost-busting, a new family move into the house - and the outlook doesn't good for them, to be honest.

Manifest premiers Tuesday 30 July on Sky One at 9pm and Typewriter is on Netflix right now.
