We've been holding our breath and patiently waiting for a snippet of information about the upcoming Zombieland sequel and finally it's here. The date, that is. Not the actual film.
Zombieland 2: Double Tap, named after one of Columbus' (Jesse Eisenberg) 32 rules in surviving in a zombie apocalypse, will be released on 18 October.
The film will star OGs: Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone, and Abigail Breslin. Additional cast members will include: Zoey Deutch, Rosario Dawson, Luke Wilson, Thomas Middleditch, and Avan Jogia.
We also know that Ruben Fleischer is signed on to direct the second movie and, speaking at a press junket for Venom, Screenrant have quoted him saying: "We are in the middle right now of casting for the film. We're going to introduce a bunch of new characters, which is really cool and exciting.
"We obviously have the original four coming back, which is a dream come true. We start shooting in January in Atlanta. I think I go there in like four weeks, which is crazy. It's nuts. I don't get a day off. I don't get any rest. It's all coming together in a really exciting way."
SuperBroMovies.com think that they know a bit about what is going to happen throughout the new film.
So, if you remember, the first movie focused on Tallahassee (Harrelson), Wichita (Stone), Little Rock (Breslin), and Columbus (Eisenberg).
This time they've decided to set up camp in slightly more salubrious surroundings. Basically, they're in the White House. However, all is not well in the group as Wichita and Columbus get embroiled in a big fight, which causes Little Rock to jump ship with a guy called Berkeley, played by Avan Jogia.
Obviously, the rest of the gang set off to rescue her and get into many zombie-related scrapes along the way.
Speaking of zombies, there are a few new ones to note. According to the same source, there are some different types to look out for.
'Homers' who are really thick, 'Hawkings' who are really smart, and 'Ninjas' who presumably are really good a fighting and possibly do back flips and other stuff like that.
They also seem set to run into a female zombie hunter extraordinaire who will act as a rival - and possible love interest - for Tallahassee.
Although this is pretty succinct information, it's worth remembering that it might not turn out to be exactly like that because they're running a pretty tight ship.
So, to put it bluntly - we actually don't know that much. Which is sure to change on 18 October.
