Everything That's Coming With The New Fortnite Update

Everything That's Coming With The New Fortnite Update

For a free download, Epic Games doesn't hold back with creating new content for their Battle Royale mode in Fortnite and they have just revealed a new item called the Bouncer.

It looks very similar to the old jump pad before they were taken out of Fortnite. These would allow players to launch vertically or whichever way they wanted, based on the specific pad they picked up, and according to TwoEpicBuddies on Twitter this new object can be put on to walls, ceilings, and the floor.

So what's the difference? Don't worry; it won't be an exact copy, as there is something very unique about this item. The instructions for it's in game use are: "Place this pad for a big bounce boost - no fall damage!"

No fall damage? In a game that demands you to think fast to tricky situations, this certainly could benefit those who aren't the best builders. It appears to give players a huge speed boost in any direction, where they can cover a large amount of the map in a short space of time without being harmed.

It seems to have come at a similar time to the shopping cart, the 'vehicle' of Fortnite. If this item is used properly, it can also allow players to quickly evade sticky situations or just make some hilarious game clips. But what if these were used together? It would definitely make for some interesting game play, where your average Asda trolley could turn into some sort of rocket for you and a buddy.

Fortnite tweeted earlier: "Bounce to impressive heights in the v4.3 Content Update" which will be taking place today with no downtime, so expect it to be arriving fairly quickly. These updates are coming thick and fast, and with Epic Games trying to push their title more and more into the eSports world, we don't imagine new content will be stopping any time soon.
