After teasing us with an image yesterday, Rockstar Games has now pretty much confirmed that there's going to be a new Red Dead game.
The developer company has put up another picture which is (let's face it) 100 percent Red Dead-related.

To be fair, it's coming up to Christmas now so really this is the perfect time to strike.

The internet has lost its collective mind over the images, with many people believing that it could be the announcement of a second Red Dead Redemption. However, as Red Dead Redemption is the second in the series after Red Dead Revolver - could it be something else entirely?

The last time Rockstar announced a new game, which was Grand Theft Auto V in 2011, it did so in a similar way, before releasing a trailer a week afterwards.
A Red Dead Redemption sequel has been thought to be due for a while now, following the apparent leak of the game's map. That leak suggested the game would be a prequel, and would be set to the east of the last game.
However, there is small chance that this could be a current-gen re-release of Red Dead Redemption, so don't get your hopes up just yet.
