Honey G was a hit with fans of the X Factor when she appeared on the show in 2016. After six years of not really hearing much from her, fans are flabbergasted by her transformation.
The 40-year-old who was made famous by her appearance on the ITV talent show, has lost over two stone and dropped six dress sizes.
Speaking to Closer about her transformation, Honey G - real name Anna Georgette Gilford - said her transformation has given her a major confidence boost.
“I’ve surprised myself with the amount of weight I’ve lost, I feel more confident and sexier than ever,” she told the publication in November. “For the first time in ages, I’ve been able to buy clothes that are considered sexy, like leather trousers and lacy tops, which I’d never have worn before.”

“I went shopping recently, and I was shocked I could fit into a pair of size 12 trousers. Before, I would have been reaching for a size 16 or 18,” she added.
Honey G said her new fitness regime, which she started in the summer, entails daily 5k runs, yoga and triathlon training.
She credits her friend with getting her into exercise after she invited her to do an open water swim during lockdown. “ I loved the buzz exercise gave me, so I signed up to a do a triathlon. It felt like an absolute thrill to be pushing my body so hard. I do hefty cardio like running, spinning and cycling, and it’s completely changed my body shape,” she explained.
Feeling confident with her new look, Honey G told the publication that she’s ready to find love and have children one day.

Honey G came out as a lesbian in 2017 and says she’s ready to meet the woman of her dreams now and start a family.
As far as her career goes, Honey G is still in the music and entertainment industry. In 2020, she released her track ‘Waiting For Your Love’ and she’s represented by ASM Management.
