Call Of Duty: Black Ops Zombies Has The Coffin Dance Meme Hidden Inside It

You have to play Die Maschine and hit a certain object for this to come to life.

While some video game storylines are incredibly serious and stressful, developers still love to add in jokes here and there to lighten the mood. Treyarch has definitely achieved that in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War:

The developer thought it would be hilarious to chuck an Easter egg into the Zombies format in the form of the incredible coffin dance meme.

If you haven't seen this brilliant meme before then let us explain. The Dancing Pallbearers are a group in Ghana who, (yep you guessed it), dance as they carry coffins to their graves.

It's in honour of celebrating the life of the people who have passed away rather than the sombre tradition most of us are familiar with. These days, the video of them dancing is a brilliant meme that accompanies fail compilations and other jokes.

Now it's made it's way to Cold War.

PCGamesN spotted the video of zombies performing the dance on the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War subreddit.

User LooperGamer shows you can even jump on top of the crate as they're moving it as some dance music plays in the background. You only get to see the dancing zombies for a split second as the gamer runs around erratically, but it's enough to get the gag.

The way to get this Easter Egg yourself is by playing Die Maschine. As explained by Accelerated Ideas on YouTube, once you're in Die Maschine you have to head to the Particle Accelerator underground and shoot five glowing orbs that will be hidden in the area.

Once you've done that, you'll be transported to another dimension where a zombie disco is going on and the dancing coffin performance will already be going on. Amazing. The zombies don't even appear to want to kill you, it's just a rave where everyone can have fun.

It feels great when developers get to have some fun with the content they're producing with Easter Eggs and hidden content. The more memes the merrier.
