The AFL semi-final between the Western Bulldogs and Brisbane Lions was box office entertainment and arguably one of the best games of the season.
And one diehard fan who clearly couldn't take their eyes off the action was Chris Hemsworth.
After witnessing an incredible back and forth clash, culminating in a winning-point scored by Laitham Vandermeer in the dying embers of the match, the Aussie reacted the only way he knew how: by screaming at his television until he was red in the face.
The Hollywood megastar's epic reaction to a thrilling Western Bulldogs win has now gone viral, with social media creatives spitting out some hilarious memes of Hemsworth's celebrations.
Bailey Smith, Jack Macrae and team captain Marcus Bontempelli were instrumental throughout the encounter, dragging the Dogs kicking and screaming to their first preliminary final since their 2016 premiership season.
Turning over a 10-point three-quarter-time deficit was impressive, but to do it in front of a hostile, partisan crowd in Brisbane was truly special.
For the home fans in Queensland, they would have been heartbroken.
But for the Western Bulldogs supporters watching from home, they wouldn't have been able to contain their sheer excitement - Hemsworth being one of them.
Thor himself was watching the thrilling game from the comfort of his living room sofa and when the final claxon sounded to mark the one-point victory, he immediately took to Instagram to share his all-time reaction with his 50 million followers.
In the picture posted on social media, a pretty stacked Hemsworth can be seen standing right in front of his television and roaring right at it.
"One of the most nerve racking games of AFL I've ever watched," he wrote in the caption. "Well done Western Bulldogs, keep it up!!"
The post has already racked up over 1.7million likes and almost 4,000 comments.
It wasn't long until it became a meme too with other publishers and users re-sharing it with their own spin.
The Dogs now play a high-flying Port Adelaide side, who came out on top when the two sides met in the final round of the regular season.
Port will also be feeling fresh after earning a one-week rest thanks to their 86-43 victory over the Geelong Cats in the first week of the Finals.
