Chris Hemsworth has been getting back into the bulk for the next instalment of the Thor movie franchise as well the Hulk Hogan biopic.

Understandably, the Aussie actor is looking absolutely stacked right now and is the 'biggest he's ever been'.

However, the 37-year-old has been trolled by his old brother Luke for a photo on Instagram.

While the latest picture on the star's account shows an impressive looking shoulder and tricep combo, the Westworld star wrote in a comment: "Bro?! You've been skipping leg days again?!"

The little dig has racked up more than 56,000 likes and 500 comments, with others also pointing out there is a stark difference between Chris' top half and bottom half.

One person wrote: "Damn Thor, how do you toss that hammer and not fall with those neglected legs my man? Double up those leg days and cut back on the arm and chest and get more symmetry."

Another added: "Don't forget leg day!"

Considering how much the actor trains, we highly doubt he would neglect his pins and the skinny look of his legs could be down to the angle of the photograph.

But the savagery didn't stop there. Chris even admitted he suffered a pretty cruel blow when he was walking with his son.

In the caption for the Instagram post, the Thor actor wrote: "Holding my little man's hand and asking him the age old question. 'What do you want to be when you grow up'. 'Dad i wanna be Superman'. Lucky I have two other kids."

One person responding to Chris' message said that's probably because Superman doesn't 'skip leg day'.

We all know that the 37-year-old has been training hard to pick up Thor's hammer once again for Thor: Love and Thunder as well as to star in a movie detailing wrestling legend Hulk Hogan's life.

The bulk has been so intense that his stunt double has been struggling to keep up.

Bobby Holland Hanton told Fitzy and Wippa's radio show: "Dude, listen, everyone is like 'wow look at the size of him' and I'm like, yeah, that's brilliant, I'm that guy's double so I text him I'm like, 'thanks very much dude you've just made this even harder'.

"I train with him a lot, we train all the time, we're on the same diet regimen and training. He's the biggest he's ever been so I have to be the biggest I've ever been which is a challenge but I'm up for it."
