Gwyneth Paltrow has opened up on what lockdown was like for her last year.
The Hollywood star was just like everyone else when the pandemic hit and had to adapt to spending nearly every waking hour of the day inside.
She's told the SmartLess podcast about how she really let go of her usual diet and routine.

"I drank alcohol during quarantine," she said. "I was drinking seven nights a week and making pasta and eating bread. I went totally off the rails.
"I mean, who drinks multiple drinks seven nights a week? Like that's not healthy."
Since the interview was published, people were well and truly shocked by the admission because of how tone deaf it was.

One woman's 'off the rails' is eating carbs and knocking back some 'quinoa whiskey' cocktails, while many other people's 'off the rails' is losing family to coronavirus, having mental breakdowns, not knowing how to keep a roof over their heads or food on the table.
There isn't a shortage of reactions on social media.
One person wrote on Twitter: "Seeing a tweet about Gwyneth Paltrow hitting a pandemic low point when she had to eat bread alongside a tweet about corpses in India being dumped into the Ganges because crematoria are overwhelmed tells you everything you need to know about why society is in such bad shape."

Another said: "My lowest point in quarantine was finding out Gwyneth Paltrow's lowest point was eating bread and not the time her 'vagina candle' burned someone's house down."
A third added: "So Gwyneth Paltrow ate bread during lockdown and that's the most relatable she's ever been."
It was probably a massive shift in diet and lifestyle for the actor so it's understandable that, for her, this is 'off the rails'.
