Bachelor star Abbie Chatfield has made a bizarre revelation on how she prepared for I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here Australia.

The TV personality knew she was going to be pushed to her limits when she went on the show, which includes death defying challenges and godawful food tests.

In order to get her mouth ready for the infamous Bushtucker Trial, Abbie explained the methods she used to stop herself gagging.

"I'm not gonna lie guys, in training for the jungle I swallowed c*m for the first time in six years to prepare for tucker trials...GLUG IT UP," Chatfield wrote in a post on Instagram. Right.

"Also, it worked," she added. "FYI I hate c*m x."

On an episode last night (January 13), Abbie was forced to eat a pig's snout and the bum from an unspecified animal, while Ash Williams and Colin Fassnidge were also up for the Bushtucker Trial.

But there wasn't enough semen in the world to get Abbie in the mood to get everything down in one piece. She spewed into a bucket, however managed to finish the trial with a smile on her face.

Abbie has been pretty bold during the first few episodes of this season and even called out a fellow contestant for slut shaming her.

AFL legend Robert 'Dipper' DiPierdomenic made reference to Abbie's bikini by saying: "You're not going out like that."

Not one to cop such comments on the chin, 25-year-old Abbie fired back with: "Dipper, what does that joke mean?"

"When a father sees his daughter, you know, grow up. And she's going out to see her boyfriend or whatever and walks out with a mini skirt sort of thing... We're protective," Dipper responded.

"It's like you're ... seeking attention. Asking for ..."

Abbie immediately hit back: "Asking for what?"

The outspoken reality star then pointed out the double standards by adding that fellow contestant Ash Williams wouldn't receive the same comments, despite being mostly shirtless in camp. Dipper then said it was simply a 'generational' thing.

Despite the brief war of words between Abbie and Dipper, it seems it's all water under the bridge for the pair, with the retired sports star later receiving lessons from Abbie on how to perform Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion's famous 'WAP' dance.

The 62-year-old also has since taken to Twitter to comment on the situation, calling Abbie a 'force of nature' and acknowledging his misstep in making the comments in the first place.
