Jorge Masvidal has hit back at Jake Paul's offer of $5 million for a boxing match by quadrupling it.

The YouTuber called out the UFC star after his knock out win against Tyron Woodley over the weekend and he's sparked a war of words between him and the American fighter.

Paul said Masvidal could get a cool five million bucks as well as a cut of the pay-per-view numbers if he agreed to step into the ring with him.

Speaking on his brother's Impaulsive podcast, Jake said: "Masvidal is like, 'I only fight the best people or I fight for money, and you're neither one of those'. Masvidal, I've got an offer for you right now.

"That's the most you would have ever made in a fight, ever. So now you can't say, 'I either fight the best, or I fight for money.' Let's make it happen."

He then called on UFC boss Dana White to let Masvidal do the bout.

"Daddy Dana just has to let you out of your contract. You work for the UFC. You're a b***h, basically," he said.

Paul rejected the idea that Masvidal or Nate Diaz would destroy him in a fight and also hit back against Jorge's suggestion to meet him in the octagon for a UFC bout.

"These dumba**es don't understand that boxing is a different sport than MMA, and that is literally light work," he added.

"I make more than every UFC fighter f**king combined, including Conor.

"Y'all work for Dana, y'all work for WME/Endeavor, that's who you work for. I make more than all you silly motherf**kers. Why would I go into the UFC and sign a contract to give away my f**king rights and sh*t."

While the offer of $5 million plus PPV money must be tantalising, Jorge has since hit back and upped the stakes.

Masvidal wants $20 million, plus PPV and the chance to have the boxing match inside a UFC cage.

He said he would happily 'break your face' under those conditions for a 'one fight deal'.

"If i do anything other than that I will forfeit my purse to you. Come on over and get paid and laid out," he wrote on Twitter.

The ball is now back in Paul's court.
