His latest single 'Shockwave' has become an instant fan favourite and we're as excited as anyone to hear more. Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming release and tour.
What's Liam Gallagher's new album called?
In classic Liam fashion, he took to Twitter to reveal the name of his upcoming album - Why me? Why not?
When's the album coming out?
You don't have much longer to wait. 'Why Me? Why not?' is set to drop on September 20.
What will the cover look like?
Liam decided to share the album art for his new album with his 3.08 million users on Twitter.
What else do we know about the album?
Charlie Lightening, a film director working on an upcoming documentary about Gallagher called 'As It Was' spoke to NME. He said that this new album represents a progression for Liam, much like the movement that went on during his Oasis years. He said: "It's mega, if you look at 'Definitely Maybe' and 'What's The Story (Morning Glory)?', one's the more punkier one and one's the bigger one.
"That's progression. People aren't gonna be disappointed with it. I think it's gonna blow people away."
"[The album] is a continuation of 'As You Were' but it's that bit bigger - if you're doing something for the second time, you've got more confidence behind you."
