Jake Paul isn't showing any signs of slowing down his boxing career after his win over former UFC fighter Ben Askren on the weekend.

It was the YouTuber-cum-fighter's third win from three fights and he's slowly trying to establish himself as someone to be reckoned with inside the ring.

His brother Logan wants people to start realising Jake is a worthy contender in any fight.

Speaking to MMA Junkie, the fellow YouTuber said: "What the f*** did y'all expect? Stop doubting Jake. Every fight I'm like, 'Ehhhh.' Stop doubting Jake.

"He's not who you think he is. He's not the YouTube kid anymore. He's a f***ing bad motherf***er with a heavy right hand.

"There's a reason...no one can survive those. No one has. And he's gonna continue doing so. Doubt him all you want, but you're gonna be wrong every time."

People have doubted Jake's prowess as a fighter simply because his previous opponents haven't been boxers.

His first fight was against fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib and then he took on former NBA player Nate Robinson.

Even though he defeated Askren, who was at least in the field of MMA, it was still the former UFC fighter's first boxing match.

Despite that, Jake certainly had a message for his doubters when he won over the weekend.

"Just a couple of years ago, my teachers would make fun of me in class, telling me I can't do nothing, telling me I wasn't smart," he said after the bout.

"My schoolmates making fun of me, I used to landscape. I just had a dream and I chased it and worked hard.

"To think I'm here standing next to these legends, it's unbelievable."

"I've been in training camp every day, I deserved that s**t. This is the craziest moment of my life. I told y'all I was going to do it in the first round, I told y'all I'm a real fighter.

"I don't know how many times I've got to prove myself that this is for real."

He hasn't said who he will fight next but he's keeping his hopes up of one day go toe-to-toe with Conor McGregor, which, again wouldn't really be fair considering he Irishman isn't experienced in boxing.

According to betting agencies, Joe Fournier is the frontrunner at 2/1, Tommy Fury (the half-brother of heavyweight fighter Tyson Fury) is at 5/2 and MMA fighter Dillon Danis is not far behind on 4/1.
