Marilyn Manson has been dropped by his record label after Evan Rachel Wood accused him of abuse.

Loma Vista Records has deleted the artist's page from their website and won't promote him in the future.

In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, the record label said: "In light of today's disturbing allegations by Evan Rachel Wood and other women naming Marilyn Manson as their abuser, Loma Vista will cease to further promote his current album, effective immediately.

"Due to these concerning developments, we have also decided not to work with Marilyn Manson on any future projects."

Wood has aired details of her relationship with the singer and accused him of 'horrifically abusing' her for year.

The Westworld star explained in a post on Instagram what she claims happened when they dated.

"He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years," she alleged. "I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander or blackmail.

"I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him, before he ruins any more lives.

"I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent."

Since Wood went public with her claims, other women have come forward with allegations of their experiences with Manson.

Ashley Walters claimed: "I didn't realise he was gathering information that he'd later use against me. I soon became a victim of his psychological abuse - he was very skilled at gaslighting his inner circle.

"I'd witness him inflict this psychological abuse on everyone he employed, everyone he dated."

Model Sarah McNeilly added: "He (Bryan Warner) lured me in with 'love bombing'. Posing as the perfect boyfriend. Claiming he was just misunderstood. Charming, smart, funny, charismatic.

"As he was wooing me I would come to find out that he was torturing others. Before long, I was the one being tortured."

This isn't the first time Manson has faced allegations of abuse, but Vanity Fair reports he 'categorically denies' the claims.
