Netflix has unveiled a trailer for its upcoming real estate show Million Dollar Beach House.

It's slick, sexy and seemingly scandalous and it's everything people who like trashy, dramatic real estate shows enjoy.

Selling Sunset, also on Netflix, has taken the world by storm and shows a bunch of agents trying to flog multi-multi-multi-million dollar homes in Beverley Hills and surrounding suburbs.

The third season has just dropped on the streaming service, but if you've already binged through that whole fleet of episodes, then Million Dollar Beach House looks set to be your next obsession.

The synopsis for the show is listed as: "The competition is fierce - and the drama undeniable - as a group of young and hungry agents try to seal the deal on luxury listings in the Hamptons." Sounds juicy already.

Netflix

The show focuses on Nest Seekers International real estate group and their intense desire to sell as many homes for the best price in the luxurious and elite area north of New York City.

The trailer promises to show us exquisite homes and even more exquisite bickering between the agents. One can be heard saying in the short clip: "If you want a friend, buy a dog."

Since the trailer dropped, loads of people are comparing it to Selling Sunset.

One wrote: "Yes, Netflix. Keep the hits coming! I love shows like this! Thank you!"

Another added: "This is like the Selling Sunset with a Kardashian twist."

Netflix

A third viewer offered up a different idea for the show, saying: "What would be a fun twist is the pandemic happens and the economy crashes and we get to watch in real time a bunch or shallow rich people turn on each other and over the course of the season lose everything and learn what it like to live as a normal people struggling to pay their Netflix subscription."

Turns out, the pandemic hasn't affected Nest Seekers International, quite the opposite.

Realtor Michael Fulfree told Yahoo Finance that they've managed to continue selling ridiculously bougie homes over the past few months.

"We're one of the only markets that are really robust and doing an incredible job," he said. "Last summer was a seller's market. We're in a completely different place ever since the pandemic has hit.

"We've seen huge demand because of the current situation that we're in with the global pandemic. Luckily, we do have a lot [of homes] coming to the market [soon] because people are seeing an opportunity."

Million Dollar Beach House premieres on Netflix on August 26.
