People can't believe Paul Rudd is in his 50s after a picture of him at a restaurant went viral online.

Asma Khan posted a picture of the Ant-Man star sitting alongside Schitt's Creek co-creator Dan Levy at her London establishment.

While it was a seemingly lovely post about two A-list celebrities dining at an eatery, many were quick to point out how goddamn youthful Rudd looks.

While the pandemic and lockdown might have aged a lot of us from stress, it seems like the Hollywood actor is ageing in reverse.

Twitter users were particularly shocked when they realised Rudd is 52 years old.

One person wrote: "Science fact: If Paul Rudd and Helen Mirren had a baby together it would stay an infant for three decades and, as an adult, remain sexually attractive to 20-somethings until it was 350 years old."

Another added: "I've aged more since the beginning of the pandemic than Paul Rudd has in the last 20 years."

Paul was once asked how he manages to keep his youthful appearance and it seems like we won't be able to replicate it.

During a Clueless reunion at Chicago's Comic & Entertainment Expo, Rudd explained: "I'm 80 years old on the inside," before point to his chest and stating: "In here, pure darkness - and a little moisturiser."

Of course he was joking, although we would like to know just what moisturiser he's using to maintain that consistent glow. It's probably a lot to do with good genes.

But if you're feeling down about not looking like Mr Rudd, then allow this doctor to help ease your thoughts.

Dr Dan Dhunna wrote: "Men over 40/50 do not have to look knackered. Skin/hair/teeth/weight. That's the key. All of Hollywood have help from people like myself, nutritionists, PTs, hormone Drs. Keep it all in check and you'll look great for a very long time."

Well, that's comforting.
