It's been six long years since Top Boy was cancelled by Channel 4, but now the wait is almost over for the third season. Top Boy season three comes to Netflix tomorrow. Thanks to Drake, who became obsessed with the show, the original writing team have got back together, so it's going to faithful to the originals.
Now it's quite possible that you've forgotten what happened in the first two seasons, there's been a lot of TV to keep up with in between to be fair, so we've created a little recap. It goes without saying that there's going to be season one and two spoilers coming up.
Top Boy is set on a housing estate in Hackney, London. It's a location which is filled with young people selling drugs.

How did season 2 end?
Anyone who loved Michael (Xavien Russell) would have been left devastated as he woke up to find an Albanian gangster killing his mate before being launched off the top of a 20-storey tower block.
The incident could have been avoided if Dushane came home when he intended, but instead he stayed out to deal with pressing business, leaving Michael to fend for himself.
The poor lad was killed because he shouted down to Dushane, warning him not to enter the flat and saving his life.
What happened with Dushane and Sully?
The pair had a love-hate relationship to say the least. However, due to their lives being in danger they formed a truce in season two in order to retrieve the drugs that the Albanians stole from them.
What does season 3 have in store?
The plot description from Netflix reads, "The new episodes pick up as Dushane returns from exile to his home in London to reclaim his throne in the highly lucrative drug market.
"He teams up with Sully, his spiritual brother, partner and sometime rival who is also returning to the same streets after his own form of exile - prison - comes to an end.
"Awaiting them both is Jamie, the young, hungry and ruthless gang leader whose ambitions leave no place for Dushane and Sully."
Who's in Top Boy season three?
Netflix previously announced the cast of season three. Ashley Walters and Kane Robinson reprise their roles as 'Dushane' and 'Sully', joined by newcomer Micheal Ward as 'Jamie'. The series features musical artists SimbiAjikawo 'Little Simz', David Omoregie 'Dave'. Shone Romulus returns as 'Dris' and Ashley Thomas returns as 'Jermaine'. New cast members include Lisa Dwan, Jasmine Jobson, Kadeem Ramsay, Saffron Hocking, Kola Bokinni and Hope Ikpoku.
