Azealia Banks Now Wants To Turn Her Dead Cat Into Earrings
WARNING: This article contains images which some readers may find distressing
The 29-year-old musician shocked her social media following the other day when she shared some video footage showing her digging up her deceased pet and sticking the remains into a cooking pot, before placing what appears to be the cat's skull into a makeshift altar alongside some other things such as a $100 bill, a crucifix and some perfume.
Now, she reckons it would be a good idea to turn the jawbone of Lucifer - yes, the cat was called Lucifer - into a set of earrings she could wear.
Speaking on her social media accounts once again, Banks explained: "After the peroxide bath, here is Lucifer's jaw,
"Titanium cat jaw earcuffs with a slick arianny full lacewig pony... That's fashion."
This comes just days after she made a load of people concerned for her welfare by sharing the video in which she dug up the cat and boiled it up.
However, she has reassured fans she's actually OK, is not planning to eat the remains of the cat, and is just performing some 'taxidermy'.

In a selection of later story posts, she defended her actions. Banks said: "Why do you think I would eat a dead cat when I can barely eat a dead cow. It's called taxidermy...
"Plenty of hunters with preserved deer heads hanging off their wall. Darlings... You guys are being racist and this is very un-black lives matter of you all."
To be fair, she actually has a point there.
She then revealed the true plan: "The cat's head is soaking in peroxide to fully clean him, then I'm taking him to a jewelry shop to have it gilded.
"Lucifer was an icon. He deserves to be preserved. You girls are not tough like me. You may indeed, kiss my witchy a**."
Banks also said: "Christianity literally has human sacrifice as the central piece of its doctrine...
"Catholics ritualistically consume the body and blood of Christ at Mass. Either the communion is bunk because it replaces true flesh and blood with bread and wine OR Catholics are essentially vampires and cannibals."
Well, either way, Lucifer the cat will certainly make a unique piece of jewellery.
