When 8 Mile got made and Eminem wrote that 'Mom's spaghetti' line in 'Lose Yourself' he probably thought nothing of it.
After all he's wrote many songs in his life and there are lyrics that are far more notable than that, but then memes happened and it all got silly.
I don't really know what Eminem is up to now, he said some awful stuff about rape on last year's Dr. Dre album but apart from that he's been very quiet.

However, he is selling merch. To celebrate Mother's Day in the US, Eminem has paid homage to his 2002 8 Mile hit 'Lose Yourself' by selling "mom's spaghetti" T-shirts.
According to Digital Spy the rapper has collaborated with Unfortunate Portrait to create the T-shirt, priced at $30. Which, all things considered is a very reasonable price.
A statement on Eminem's website reads: "Show Mom you appreciate her in style this Mother's Day and pick up our 'Mom's Spaghetti' collab with Unfortunate Portrait."

Also if white T-shirts make you self-conscious that everyone can see your nipples, fear not- it comes in black also. Or you could just go for this.
