Whether it's music, visual art or dance, there's something in the way Irish artists express themselves that just can't be replicated elsewhere. In celebration of that, we're showcasing the crème de la crème of Irish dancers as part of BPM's Find Your Energy campaign.

Check out some of the best Ireland has to offer in the world of dance but be prepared, you might just break out into dance yourself wherever you are, as these dancers have an infectious vibe that inspires others to find their energy.

Cairde

Cairde are a group of seven young lads from Clare, Cork and Galway who have been competing in Irish dancing competitions for years. In 2020 however, they took their success to a whole new level after they blew up on TikTok, pairing high energy Irish dancing routines with chart hits. Fast forward a few months and the group found themselves dancing on Good Morning America, performing their own original routine to Bad Guy by Billie Eilish. It's safe to say there's no stopping the Cairde boys at the moment.

Bboy Aleon

Bboy Aleon is a professional break dancer from Dublin who can contort his body in ways you didn't even know were possible. Kerrie's original choreography videos are some of the slickest, most high-octane performances we've ever seen.

Michael and Matthew Gardiner, aka the Gardiner Brothers, are five-time World Champion Irish dancers. They've also been cast members of perhaps the most iconic Irish dancing show the world has ever known - River Dance!
