When it comes to just about any topic, you wouldn't expect Ice Cube to hold back. The stone-faced, no-nonsense rapper has made his name through vicious lyrics and dead-pan death stares.

Recently, the N.W.A member was asked in an interview about the death of his former manager, Jerry Heller, with whom he had a lot of friction.

Heller was highly respected in the music industry for his work getting N.W.A into the mainstream, but he was also subject to much criticism as he allegedly fleeced the group out of money.

Cube also blames Heller for tearing apart the N.W.A after their split, which is something he alluded to in a lot of his lyrics following his departure from the group.

When asked during an interview on radio station Detroit's Hot 107.5 on Tuesday about Heller's passing, the rapper-turned-movie-star claimed to feel no emotion towards his death.

"I'm glad I'm with DJ Yella, I'm glad I'm with MC Rehn today, it's only right," he said. "I ain't gonna pop no champagne but I ain't gonna shed no tears either. It is what it is... He's outta here. I'm not losing no sleep over Heller."

Heller died last weekend on September 3, when he suffered a heart attack at the wheel of his car, which he subsequently crashed.

The former N.W.A manager's attorney claimed that the biopic film Straight Outta Compton was partly the reason for his death after it caused him great stress, following a lawsuit Heller filed after he felt the film painted him in a bad light.
