While it can be debated for an almost endless amount of time whether Kendrick Lamar is the king of Hip-Hop in 2016, it cannot be disputed that he's one of the most technically gifted to perform in the genre.

In terms of the impact on popular culture, sure, Drake can set the internet ablaze by simply dancing and Kanye can release a music video to a terrible song and achieve the same result.

But Kendrick has people asking questions. Last year's To Pimp A Butterfly reminded everyone that America still has a massive race problem. He's an unstoppable force with an unshakable talent, even Obama knows that.

Last night, which was indeed Independence Day, Lamar stopped by The White House to play some songs for the POTUS.

He opened with 'Money Trees' from 2012's 'Good Kid, m.A.A.d City' and he ad-libbed the hell out of it.

The set includes 'Swimming Pools', 'Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe', 'Poetic Justice', 'ADHD', and 'Alright'.
