A young musical prodigy lived the dream when he was invited on stage by his favourite rock band.
Caleb Hayes became a viral sensation after a video of him air-drumming at a Slipknot gig in Newcastle started doing the rounds on social media.
It became so big that it came to the attention of members of the group, who were massively impressed by his skills.

So impressed, in fact, that they invited the five-year-old lad to one of their gigs in Birmingham, giving him and his family VIP tickets and bringing him on stage to the cheers of thousands of other die hard fans.
Slipknot drummer Jay Weinberg posted a selection of pictures and videos from the gig.
He wrote: "It was such a blast inviting this young shredder Caleb to last night's show in Birmingham. Ready to throw down on his new @sjcdrums snare and Foundation double pedal!!"

Responding to his post, Caleb's mum Kim Hayes thanked the band for an unforgettable experience.
She said: "How lucky to be gifted with such amazing things! Caleb is so grateful to receive them Fantastic day in every possible way @jayweinbergdrum, @SJCdrums @slipknot Thank you so much! Treasured forever."
Caleb has been drumming since he was just two years old, with his parents setting up social media pages to show off his incredible talent and his clear love for Slipknot.
Speaking to LADbible about the concert and her little boy's passion for music, Kim said it was an incredible night.

She said: "Caleb had an amazing time at the show and meeting them backstage. Jay Weinberg was fantastic with Caleb and took time to show him around and allowed him to play his amazing SJC drum kit before the show.
"It was an honour for the four of us to be invited down as VIP guests. Caleb's passion is music, his drums are set up at home for him to play whenever he wants, as often as he wants.
"We support him with his music and will continue to do so as long as he wants us to. Caleb loves slipknot because he enjoys the intense drumming in their songs and loves to watch the drum cams online from live shows."
