Glastonbury Festival 2019 is well underway and Liam Gallagher's set has just come to a close with his final song being dedicated to the late Keith Flint.

Introducing his final tune, the 46-year-old said: "Right you've been amazing. This is the last song, I want to dedicate it to the one and only Keith Flint. Champagne Supernova. Look after yourselves, have a good night."

The last song was dedicated to The Prodigy frontman.

Many fans on Twitter hailed him, with one saying: "Liam Gallagher dedicating Champagne Supernova to Keith Flint may be the greatest thing ever".

Another added: "Nice dedication to Keith Flint there. Good set from Liam Gallagher," with a third commenting: "Liam Gallagher doing champagne supernova with just the piano was biblical."

Despite being congratulated for the thoughtful display there were still some that weren't keen on his performance. One said: "Good Lord Liam Gallagher is bad".

Another chimed in: "Liam Gallagher killing his own song there," with others disagreeing: "GODLIKE ENTRANCE FOLLOWED BY A GODLIKE BIBLICAL PERFORMANCE".

And in true LG fashion he managed to add in a little dig towards brother, Noel after performing 'Roll With It' when he said: "There's no way that's s**t. It don't sound s**t. It don't look s**t. You're [the crowd] the proof of that. So next time you see the little fart, you tell him."

Speaking of Noel, earlier in the day Lewis Capaldi well and truly trolled the former Oasis member when he made his hilarious entrance for his set.

It's fair to say that Noel isn't a fan of Lewis' work. In fact, during a recent interview with Radio X, Gallagher said: "Music is f***ing w*** at the moment. Who's this Capaldi fella? Who the f***'s that idiot?"

When shaping up for his Glastonbury set, Lewis screened a clip from the interview of Noel getting stuck into him several times on the screen, before appearing himself wearing a parka jacket, a Noel Gallagher t-shirt, and a bucket hat to the strains of 'Here Comes The Money' - the entrance music for WWE Superstar Shane McMahon.

Now people are calling for Lewis and Liam to hook up and make some music together... come on LADs.
