I've never been to Mexico but, from what I've seen of it, it looks like a really fun place. Aside from the astonishing kidnap statistics and the super violent drug trade. Other than that, however, it looks like a great day out. Fabulous food, too.
Mexico's musical output is perhaps why I think this. It's so shamelessly cheery. To be honest, if The Beatles were a Mariachi band they'd probably have sucked less.

Mariachi isn't the only genre of music in Mexico, Los Weyes Que Tocan produce something that lies halfway between techno and house and their subject matter can touch upon just about anything.
This includes but is not limited to Pokémon.
This video actually surfaced back in 2013, but BuzzFeed brought it back into the public eye because, well, Pokemon is life now.
It's a real shame Mexico can't enter the Eurovision because this is a sure-fire winner.
