Close your eyes and imagine the year 2007: Bulgaria and Romania have joined the European Union, Madeleine McCann has disappeared from her parent's Portugal hotel room and the iPhone has launched for the first time.

There were many songs that popped up as the year carried on, however there was one track that reigned supreme. You couldn't go anywhere without hearing the beautiful vocals, the epic synth and pumping beat from 'Untouched' by The Veronicas.

The bop was released late in the year (December to be specific) and it quickly became the song of the summer in Australia.

It was, and still is, a bop.

While it's been a long 12 years since we were blessed with the track, we have one shot at bringing back the excitement and energy that the song exuded when it was first released.

A music festival dedicated to So Fresh CDs is coming to Melbourne next month, where party goers will be able to lap up all the best music from the past two decades at Welcome to Thornbury.

So Fresh

According to the Facebook event, So Freshtival will feature music from the likes of 50 Cent, Ashanti, Avril Lavigne, Backstreet Boys, Christina Aguilera, Destiny's Child, Hannah Montana, Jesse McCartney, Lizzie McGuire, LMFAO, Mariah Carey, Nelly, Nelly Furtado, Nikki Webster, Outkast, Rihanna, S Club 7, Shaggy, Shania Twain, Smash Mouth, The Veronicas and many more.

There will be a ball pit, jumping castle, free face painting, free Chupa Chupas and fairy floss and, wait for it...a goddamn guest DJ set from Shrek.

But the thing that will make the event legendary is the attempt make a world record for the most amount of people singing 'Untouched' at the same time.

We've been told to brush up on all the lyrics because everyone needs to know them for the record to count.
