For years, Drake and Nicki Minaj put up with rumours that they were dating or at least hooking up.
The Canadian rapper... well, 'may have alluded' to being very into her by writing about her in songs, talking about her in interviews and putting on very raunchy performances together.
At the end of the 'Anaconda' music video, for example, a gyrating Minaj leaves Drake looking like he might never recover.
Well, if he's true to his previous words of wanting to marry, then no doubt today's news that the object of his affections is apparently dating fellow rap legend Eminem will be devastating. But fans reckon that instead of finding a shoulder to cry on, the Canadian star will use the fire in his belly to drop a new song.
This all came about when Nicki Minaj responded to a fan's question on Instagram, asking if the pair were dating, to which she replied 'yes'. Slim Shady responded to Nicki's comment in the same social media post saying: "Girl you know it's true..."
Now, that could be serious trolling, or she could be dead-set serious.
The question was likely sparked by Nicki's lyrics from her new song, 'Big Bank', with YG, 2 Chainz and Big Sean, where she says: "Uh oh / Back again / Back to back Maybach, stack the M's / Told em' I met Slim Shady / Bag the M / Once he go black, he'll be back again."
That's also off the back of Em's lyrics in 'Fast Lane' from Bad Meets Evil, where he rapped: "Let me tell you what this pretty little dame's name is / 'Cause she's kinda famous / I hope that I don't sound too heinous when I say this / Nicki Minaj, but I wanna stick my penis in your anus."

Again, all these allusions to sex between Minaj and Slim would be tough on Drake's ears.
In 2017 at the Billboard Music Awards, Drake told the crowd: "I want to say, Nicki Minaj - I'm so glad we found our way back because I love you and I could never ever, ever see it any other way."
He told MTV2: "I saw Nicki for the first time and, like, literally fell in love. I've always really, actually, really had a crush on her, always really loved her, and she's always just looked at me as, like, her little brother."
Minaj and Drake have pulled a cheeky relationship troll in the past, which means that this Eminem x Nicki business could all be a hoax.
In 2010, Drake tweeted: "Please refer to @nickiminaj as Mrs. Aubrey Drake Graham and dont stare at her too long. She's finally mine." She replied to that, saying: "Yes, it's true. Drake and I tied the knot."
It's all very complicated.
