Someone Stole An Entire Cash Point At T In The Park Because Scotland

Someone Stole An Entire Cash Point At T In The Park Because Scotland

Better than accepting the extortionate service charge.

There has been a lot of sad occurrences at T In The Park over the past couple years so it's nice that a funny story can emerge from the festival every so often. Even if it does involve mass robbery.

Thieves ran off with an entire cash machine in the early hours of Friday morning, right in the middle of the festival. Now usually this would be bed time, but due to certain factors (DRUGZZ) people don't really go to bed at festivals.

Police Scotland say a 'significant' amount of money was stolen.

A statement said: 'Police have appealed for witnesses following the theft of an ATM machine from the main arena area at T in the Park.

'The ATM contained a significant amount of cash and was taken between 12am and 7am on Friday, 8 July. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police on 101.'

It is completely understandable that someone decided enough was enough and that the £2.99 service charge was entirely unreasonable and in fact it would be much better to just run off with the entire machine.

Last night The Stone Roses headlined the festival. Think of all the bucket hats you could buy with a whole cash machine.
