A Naked Attraction contestant has revealed he was 'tricked into taking part' on the Channel 4 show and never actually applied to feature on the programme.
Tansel Adacan has now spoken out about how he ended up naked on TV for the much loved TV programme.
The 34-year-old businessman has described how he never applied to be on the show but one day started receiving calls from producers.
It turns out Tansel had been set-up by his best friend Steve Sharpe. However, instead of trying to wriggle out of the show's application process, Tansel stuck with it and made it to feature on one of the Channel 4 episodes.
In an interview with the Daily Star, Tansel has now revealed how he ended up on the programme.
He said: "I'd probably be more bold and just not hold back because it can be daunting. I'd probably actually tell my mate - because it was my best friend who actually applied for me.
"He applied for me without me knowing and the next thing I get a call from him 'by the way that's a call from Naked Attraction they want to talk to you, now'."
Instead of turning the opportunity down, bodybuilder Tansel took it on with both hands.
Before he knew it, he found himself in the infamous Naked Attraction studio: "I was like 'what the hell' but spoke to them any way and within a week I'm in the studio with my penis out."
On the show, Tansel was looking for a woman to settle down with and had the pick of women in front of him. However, he revealed a particular preference which caught the attention of viewers at home.
The bodybuilder revealed he prefers his women without pubic hair, despite earlier explaining that he wasn’t into 'superficialness'.
He told the Channel 4 host Anna Richardson that because of the nature of his job he was often surrounded by women, but still hadn't met The One. He explained: "There’s no shortage of women around me but I’m tired of the superficialness, I’m ready to meet the one."
However, viewers spotted he couldn't seem to get past one feature; public hair.
At one point, Tansel mentioned: "I prefer without personally as you can appreciate what’s there and that’s lovely."
At another moment he congratulated one contestant on being shaven, telling her that she had a 'good sense of hygiene'.
