Gary Lineker Presents Match Of The Day In His Undies

Gary Lineker is a man of his word.

The return of the Premier League means two things: 1) Live football back on our TV screens and 2) Match of the Day every Saturday night (well, most nights, with the odd mid-week special).

Fans across the country have enjoyed the live football while we're currently glued to MOTD, with more reason than one.

Following Lineker's promise that he would do the first episode of program in just his undies, the time has now come. The anticipation is over. Here's the avid Leicester fan in his underpants:

The former Leicester frontman addressed the hilarious situation by saying; "When I tweeted that silly bet back in December, I categorically knew there was zero chance of Leicester winning the league. Zero chance. It happened but it was magical, it was great. "It is a one off and a sporting miracle that has landed me in my underwear."

Unfortunately for Lineker and the Leicester faithfuls, The Foxes got their 2016/17 season off to a bad start by losing to newly-promoted Hull City 2-1 as they await the challenge of Arsenal.
