OK, so the former champ is giving away some points to Paul when it comes to youth, but even at 55-years-old he's still an absolute beast and in better shape than most men half his age.
The older Paul brother most recently fought in an exhibition match against 50-0 unbeaten champion Floyd 'Money' Mayweather in another exhibition match, so he's not against the idea of fighting some of the best in the game.
Whilst his brother Jake seems set on making boxing an actual career, Logan has only fought twice properly, fighting against fellow YouTuber KSI.
The first of those fights ended in a controversial draw, and KSI won the second bout.
Still, it seems he's not done with this whole boxing thing, whether or not the wider boxing fraternity approves of it.
Meanwhile Tyson, who isn't averse to a leftfield decision or two, recently fought against fellow veteran Roy Jones Jr. and their shortened exhibition match ended in an unofficial draw.
However, despite the fact that Paul's trainer said that rumours of a fight first reported by Daniel Keem - also known as Keemstar - were nonsense, Tyson did little to distance himself from it.
Paul's trainer, incidentally, said that Keem was 'full of s***', so perhaps this is all much ado about nothing.
Tyson said he'll return to the ring in February, but no-one knows exactly who he'll be fighting.
When asked about fighting Paul, he laughed it off and said: "You're talking to me? About taking on - Maybe. I'm an old man, you know? I don't know what I could do now."
Tyson's last fight went on for eight rounds, so he can still last the distance, even if it's against another old-stager, and said that his next fight will at least be against a 'stimulating opponent'.
He said: "I am going to have a return fight in February and we are pretty sceptical about the opponent, but it will be a really stimulating opponent."
However, one person who doesn't reckon that it's going to happen is former Olympian Tony Jeffries.
As we've mentioned before, he chatted to Paul's trainer Milton Lacroix, and he reported: "Spoke to Milton earlier, Logan Pauls trainer. The fight with Mike Tyson is full of s***, all rumours and not happening."
Well, as ever with the world of YouTube/veteran boxing, we'll just have to keep expecting the unexpected.
