Nate Diaz has never really given a fuck about anything and, to be honest, he's really fucking cool because of it.

Following his brilliant fight with Conor McGregor at UFC 202, Diaz smoked a marijuana vape pen at the post-fight press conference. Nate and his brother, Nick, have never shied away from their love of marijuana, and he certainly made no attempt to hide that he was smoking CBD oil on Saturday night.

Now, however, the 31-year-old could be in trouble with the USADA (U.S Anti-Doping Agency) following his post-fight toking.

MMAFighting.com reported that the Stockton fighter could face a suspension for openly using the vape pen, and admitting he used it before the fight, too.

"It's CBD," Diaz said when asked what it was at the press conference. "It helps with the healing process and inflammation, stuff like that. So you want to get these for before and after the fights, training. It'll make your life a better place."

According to MMA Fighting, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) have banned cannabinoids in-competition. 'In-competition' is considered to be six hours before and the six hours following a fight. Obviously, Diaz was using it at the press conference, which is almost immediately after the fight.

Ryan Madden, a spokesperson for USADA, told MMA Fighting: "I can confirm that USADA is aware of the situation and is currently gathering information in order to determine the next appropriate steps."

Prior to the press conference, Diaz was drug tested, but apparently his admittance to smoking CBD oil is the same as testing positive. However, due to the fact it made no difference to the fight, it's possible that the Stockton native will escape with no more than a slap on the wrists.
