We Almost Got Goldberg Vs Brock Lesnar A Few Days Early

All eyes will soon be firmly fixed upon Survivor Series, where Bill Goldberg will fight his first match in the WWE in 12 years.

Standing across the squared circle will be 'The Beast Incarnate', the Mayor of Suplex City, Brock Lesnar.

The clash of these two behemoths is hopefully going to be a classic. Let's face it, their Wrestlemania XX bout, when they were both on their way out of the company, was drab at best. However, this coming Sunday, if it lives up to the hype, it'll be like an immovable object meeting an unstoppable force.

We almost got a preview of the event on Monday Night Raw, when the pair came face-to-face.

Paul Heyman was winding up Goldberg, even bringing his son into the equation, which prompted the veteran to fight off the surrounding security and make his way towards Brock.

Unfortunately, Brock backed out of the ring before any kind of scrap could happen, meaning we'll have to hold out until Sunday to see them go head-to-head.

After Goldberg delivered his first Jackhammer to Rusev a few weeks back, he looked slightly rusty. But it seems as if he's shrugged the cobwebs off and is ready to get it on properly.

Be sure to tune to Survivor Series, it's going to go off.
