Everyone was absolutely buzzing when Snapchat brought in those weird filters, right? Remember when everyone from your girlfriend to her nan was sending you Snapchats of themselves puking rainbows?
Does no-one else have OAPs on Snapchat? Okay... moving swiftly on. God of all social media, Mark Zuckerberg himself, dropped a video on the site announcing Facebook's acquisition of face-morphing horror show, MSQRD.
He seemed to be wearing an Ironman mask, but it WASN'T A MASK.
Check it out.
He says: "No, I haven't also built an Iron Man suit. I'm using this app Masquerade, that lets you put real time filters on your videos.
"And today I'm excited to share that the team behind Masquerade is joining Facebook."
So, you'll soon be able to do what you've all been doing anyway. Posting these selfies on Facebook.
UNLESS they have another use for it. We'll have to wait and see.
