If you're not already familiar with the Budweiser Renew 100 initiative, listen up. This amazing project from one of the world's most iconic beer brands will see Budweiser team up with 100 bars and pubs across Ireland over the next year to install solar panels on their premises, thus allowing the bars to run off 100% renewable energy.

The project is inspired by the simple but brilliant fact that as of this year every single can, bottle and keg of Budweiser sold in Ireland is now brewed with 100% renewable electricity from wind and solar farms.

The initiative kicked off in October, with Dublin hotspot Opium having the honour of being the first bar in the country to benefit from the rollout. Since then, the brand has made great progress in its efforts to transform the sustainability creds of the Irish pub scene. The project has already reached bars in Dublin City, Kilkenny, Limerick, Cork, Malahide, Santry and beyond, and this is only the beginning.

To celebrate this important step in the fight against climate change, Budweiser is celebrating its progress by giving you the chance to win an all-expenses-paid night out at one of the recently souped-up participating bars now running on 100% renewable energy. We're talking food, drinks and even a selection of other Budweiser goodies for you and your family or friends.
