All Five Seasons Of Misfits Is Coming To Netflix Today

All five seasons of Misfits will land on Netflix UK and Ireland today meaning you can binge when you thought binging was over and done with.

Seasons one to five will be added to the streaming service, meaning you can see actor Robert Sheehan in action before his Umbrella Academy days.

For those of you living under a rock back in 2009, Misfits aired on E4 and ran until 2013.

It followed a group of young offenders as they come together for a community service programme, only to each obtain mysterious supernatural powers following an electrical storm.

After Netflix tweeted the good news, one person wrote: "I was about to start to watch it on Hulu like a minute ago, but first I looked it up on twitter and this is the first thing that came up and YES. I can wait a day."

Another added: "I'll be binge-watching it tomorrow yess," while a third commented: "this is honestly all i needed."

After you've finished it, maybe it's worth heading over to get more of a Sheehan fix and whack on the second series of The Umbrella Academy, which premiered at the end of July.

The Netflix drama, which is adapted from graphic novels by My Chemical Romance's Gerard Way, follows a dysfunctional adopted family who all happen to be superheroes (sounds familiar, right?), with Sheehan playing flamboyant drug and alcohol addict Klaus Hargreeves, aka Number Four.

A full series two synopsis reads: "Five warned his family (so, so many times) that using his powers to escape from Vanya's 2019 apocalypse was risky. Well, he was right - the time jump scatters the siblings in time in and around Dallas, Texas. Over a three year period. Starting in 1960.

"Some, having been stuck in the past for years, have built lives and moved on, certain they're the only ones who survived. Five is the last to land, smack dab in the middle of a nuclear doomsday, which - spoiler alert! - turns out is a result of the group's disruption of the timeline (déjà vu, anyone?).

"Now the Umbrella Academy must find a way to reunite, figure out what caused doomsday, put a stop to it, and return to the present timeline to stop that other apocalypse. All while being hunted by a trio of ruthless Swedish assassins. But seriously, no pressure or anything."
