With many people across the UK set to self-isolate or work from home in the upcoming weeks, it's the ideal time to get stuck in to some new box sets. So, you might be pleased to learn that every single episode of hit sitcom Community will be landing on Netflix on 1 April.

The show, created by Dan Harmon of Rick and Morty fame, ran for six seasons and pretty soon you'll be able to watch them all.

The cult comedy, which ran from 2009 to 2015, centres on a group of students at the fictional Greendale Community College and stars Joel McHale, Gillian Jacobs, Danny Pudi, Donald Glover, Alison Brie, Chevy Chase and Ken Jeong.

Fans of the show are already pretty excited about its move to Netflix, with one responding: "This was my The Office growing up and no matter what Ken Jeong is in he will always be Señor Chang to me."

Someone else added: "Hey, finally some good news."

Others begged Netflix to make a movie to wrap the whole series up, with one person pleading: "If you guys make a movie, I'll breakdown into tears please make my dreams come true."

And another fan posting: "Community is one of the best sitcoms ever made, never got the love it deserved during its broadcasting, cancelled twice and the movie felt like a dream it'll never happen. Now it's coming to Netflix and one step closer to getting the movie Dan Harmon wants to make."

Over to you Netflix.

The streaming platform has also introduced a mammoth 55 new original shows, films and special this month - it's almost like the company knew we'd be hit with a pandemic, eh?

Among the new releases is the highly anticipated Mark Wharlberg flick Spenser Confidential, in which he plays the titular character Spenser - and ex-cop and an ex-con who teams up with a young fighter to delve into the deaths of two Boston police officers.

The movie started streaming on 6 March and has already been a big hit with viewers.

Later this month, we'll be treated to a third season of Ozark - starring Jason Bateman money-laundering protagonist Marty - which drops on 27 March.

And if true-crime is more your bag, then Tiger King is set for release on 20 March on Netflix and it looks like an absolutely fascinating watch.
