Bradley Walsh's Reaction To Ant And Dec's NTAs Victory Is Priceless

The host of The Chase looked less than impressed at the Geordie pair's victory

Ant and Dec struck gold for the second time on the night at the 2020 National Television Awards, and many fans were pleased for them. Evidently not in that category, though, was Bradley Walsh, who looked... well, somewhat unimpressed. Watch the footage below:

Absolutely priceless.

Earlier in the evening, the Geordie pair had jointly collected the gong for Best Presenter, but when Strictly Come Dancing's Oti and Motsi announced that the Ant-and-Dec-hosted I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! had won the Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award, the audience erupted into cheers.

However, as you can see in the footage, Bradders - whose show The Chase was also nominated - looked like any one of us might do after learning we'd lost out, grimacing and muttering something unintelligible (but presumably not polite) at the camera.

Decorum? Straight out of the window, mate. Classic Bradley Walsh.

The camera then panned to This Morning's Philip Schofield, who at least feigned graciousness before letting his face collapse into disappointment. Cheer up, pal.

Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly were evidently delighted with their second award of the evening, but for the former, it represents something along the lines of redemption.

It's not been the easiest 18 months for the two best mates, with Ant having returned to the screen for this year's series of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! after some time away.

He missed the show last year - being replaced by Holly Willoughby - in the wake of a drink-driving incident that took place at the start of 2018.

He pleaded guilty to the offence in court, receiving a 20-month driving ban and a fine of £86,000 - the highest-ever penalty for drink-driving in the UK.

In August 2018, he announced he would be taking a break from television duties to focus on his recovery.

Unsurprisingly, the lads' reunion was met with widespread support from fans, who came out in their thousands to celebrate.

Writing at the time, one person said: "Nice to have you back Ant. Dec is great and all that but we all know you're the funny one. #AntAndDecForever."

"YES! Welcome back Ant! Have fun you two! Can't wait to see you back on TV soon," posted a second.

While another commented: "You look a lot better, let's get ready to rumble and start again, have fun and behave, welcome back."
