When you were growing up, chances are you will have watched some early morning television before school.
Well, if you woke up a little earlier than usual to watch something like Cheese TV, you might have been confronted with an old school fitness show.
Aerobics Oz Style was pretty popular during its heyday, and it looks like we'll be getting a new round of fitness routines from the show while that everyone is in lockdown.
Keeping fit has been difficult for some people - particularly those who are used to doing yoga, pilates, Zumba or other types of workout.

But Channel 10 is here to remedy this situation by bringing back Aerobics Oz Style.
A statement from the network said: "Pacing us through those gentle-yet-effective heel taps, the complicated grapevines and powerful knee lifts, it was this troop who provided fitspo well before the active wearing influencers of today."
It used to air every morning on the network at 6am and later 6.30am. Between 1982 and 2005, a whopping 4,500 episodes were produced.
Now you'll be able to stream some of them on 10 Play.

June Jones, one of the founding members of the show, has offered up some tips on how she's kept fit during self-isolation.
Speaking to Studio 10, June said: "I have a regular routine that I've really stuck by. This is important for everyone. It's hard exercising at home but it can easily be done.
"The environment needs to be absolutely safe, ensure the area is de-cluttered. Look around your space and keep that place dedicated to your exercise regime."
So what are you waiting for? Bust out that high-cut leotard or fancy, colourful gym shorts and get moving.
