A former Naked Attraction contestant has revealed what it was like filming the show, sharing her experience of the selection process and the reaction she had after her episode aired.

Millie Norris, 26, appeared on the dating series back in November 2018, picking a prospective suitor from a line-up of naked blokes while also stripping down to her birthday suit herself.

Millie, from Newquay in Cornwall, applied for the show after seeing an advert on social media, having just broken up with an ex-boyfriend.

Newly single and curious to find out 'what's out there', she said she applied 'for a bit of a laugh', but didn't think she would end up actually getting a spot on the show.

But after filling out a basic questionnaire and answering some questions over the phone, she was called for an interview in Manchester in April that year - where she first had to strip off, and was asked if she had any 'special talents' like handstands.

Speaking to The Sun's Fabulous, Millie recalled: "I hadn't expected them to ask me to get naked on camera in the interview, I don't think that was mentioned to me before.

"I was happy doing it, I'm not a shy person, but it was weird."

Millie, who was 24 when she filmed her episode, added: "But they made me feel really comfortable and it's their job, they've seen so many naked people by now so it's normal to them."

After she passed the interview stage, Millie had another phone call to discuss more 'in-depth' topics about her sex life, including her turn-ons and turn-offs and her celebrity crushes.

Eventually, she made it into the studio as the 'picker', saying producers ran through points to mention beforehand, but that it's 'not scripted'.

Millie ended up going on a date with someone called Ben, which was filmed later the same day, saying: "The only payment you receive is £50 each for the date.

"Any change from that you get to keep, I bought one drink, a round of Kopparbergs, and kept the other £40.

"It sounds bad to say 'I got naked on TV for £40'. They pay for your travel expenses too."

Millie ended up picking Ben, but it didn't go any further.

Millie - who works as a waitress, sales administrator and in a sunbed shop - didn't end up taking things further with Ben, and is now coupled up with golf course groundsman Craig Thomas, 30, who she met in a pub.

After the episode aired, she said the reaction was 'great', having had a psychological assessment beforehand to prepare her for potential trolling.

However, while most of the messages she received were complimentary, some were a little more negative.

Millie said: "I was in a rush and had a bit of a shaving rash.

"A couple of people were like 'learn to use a razor' but I laughed it off.

"I went on a sunbed to prepare the day before flying from Newquay to Manchester, I burnt my bum and thought 'oh no, I have to go on camera with a big red bum'.

"Luckily I don't think people noticed my burnt bum, just my shaving rash."
