Gino D'Acampo has a boxed and framed pubic hair that he claims once belonged to Madonna. Just let that sink in for a second...

If you watched tonight's Christmas special of Gordon, Gino and Fred: The Three Unwise Men you'd have heard the bizarre revelation.

Driving along in their camper van, 43-year-old D'Acampo initially asked Gordon Ramsay what the most expensive Christmas present he's ever received has been.

Before Gordon gets the chance to respond, Gino carries on: "My one, if I tell you, you won't believe it. My wife went to an auction for charity. For £3,700, one pubic hair from Madonna."

Fred Sirieix - who you'll recognise from First Dates - bluntly asked 'what?' before Ramsay said: "That's disgusting." But Gino wasn't done there, he went on to proudly announce: "It comes in a transparent box in a nice frame."

Pointing to Gordon's hair, he adds: "It's a little bit like your colour."

Gino revealed he has a pubic hair of Madonna's on the ITV show.

It's safe to say that the trio have made somewhat of a name for themselves ever since some absolute genius came up with the idea of sending them off in a camper van in order to film a TV series. And this Christmas special is no different.

Gino wanted to get them to Jerusalem, but those easyJet flights don't come cheap and so they settled for Morocco instead where they found themselves gorging on sheep eyeballs, cooking food on a bed of burning goat's crap and searching around for some herbal Viagra.

The trio begin on camels.

We did learn a few things from the show as well - not to trust Ramsay on a motorbike, a lot of effort goes into saffron production and Gino (who's a chef, btw) doesn't cook on Christmas Day (and doesn't like turkey).

When a baffled Gordon challenged: "You don't help with the cooking?" Gino continues: "Not really, no. I watch Only Fools and Horses, I sit there with a packet of cheese puff. I like cheese puff." Sounds alright to us, to be fair.

The gents did take one thing from the trip: the importance of spending Christmas with the people they love. Bravo, fellas.
