Holly Willoughby left her This Morning co-star Gino D'Acampo in stitches after giving him an x-rated Christmas gift on yesterday's episode - handing over something that will keep his, ahem, manhood warm this winter.

The Italian chef was flattered when he found out there was a present for him, as Willoughby said: "Listen, we got you a little something, as it's Christmas.

"In honour of that knitwear, I have got you a little gift here, for you to open. Can you guess what it is?"

D'Acampo, 44, inspected the suggestively-shaped parcel, before asking if it was a 'bottle opener'.

"Well this seemed just right really," Willoughby, 39, explained as her pal unwrapped the mysterious gift.

"It's not just from me, it's from everyone."

As D'Acampo opened the package, he said quizzically: "I can see two balls."

Eventually the penny dropped - as did his jaw - as he realised he'd been given a knitted 'willy warmer' in the shape of a Christmas tree.

"Oh wow!" D'Acampo said, laughing.

"It is a willy warmer! This is cute! Very good."

Yesterday's show was This Morning's first ever Christmas Day show.

Elsewhere in the programme, other presenters also exchanged gifts, with Willoughby's co-host Phillip Schofield giving her an Amazonite soothing stone.

He revealed he'd gone to Willoughby's 'crystal person', Emma Lucy, who said the item would work to 'reignite life's adventures' and was a 'gentle, nurturing and protecting piece, which promotes spiritual growth'.

"It's brilliant for those who live genuinely from the heart," Schofield quoted Lucy as saying.

"You should hold the stone for calm, soothing energy during especially stressful times and it will enhance love and peace around you."

Willoughby appeared to be very touched by the gift, telling her friend: "I thought it was going to be something jokey and it's actually something really special!"

Schofield then instructed her to put it down and open her second present - a pair of slippers made to look like her cat, Bluebell.

"What have you done to Bluebell?!" Willoughby said.

Schofield joked they'd had her pet stuffed, explaining they were called 'Cuddle Clone Slippers'.

"That is literally my cat!" Willoughby laughed, before realising they were actually slippers and kicking her heels off to pop them on her feet.

She then strutted around the set and danced, while her co-stars watched on, roaring with laughter.
