Jeff and Lauren Lowe, former owners of Joe Exotic's famous G.W. Zoo in Oklahoma, have been described as 'predators' who regularly bedded female employees and customers at the park.

The pair rose to fame in last year's Tiger King, which detailed their takeover of the zoo from former business partner Joe Exotic.

They were later forced to hand the site over to arch nemesis Carole Baskin, as Jeff voluntarily forfeited his United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) exhibitor's license.

In the new instalment of the hugely popular docu-series, which landed on Netflix today, we hear how Jeff and his wife would use customers as 'sex toys', having used a code system over the radio to identify attractive women at the zoo.

Speaking from prison, the zoo's former owner Joe Exotic says the Lowes are 'like two rabid dogs in a goldfish bowl'.

"This got so out of hand between sleeping with the female staff and using our customers as sex toys," he says.

"It wasn't about tigers, it wasn't about running a zoo. They're just predators."

A number of Jeff and Lauren's previous employees also reveal that the couple used a 'Code 69' system, which former volunteer Tyrone Jackson explains means there's 'a pretty girl in the park'.

Recalling what it was like working under their control, former G.W. Zoo keeper Taryn Walker, says: "Jeff and Lauren are snakey, they're very snakey. They almost put a spell on you, you almost get brainwashed.

"If you're not paying attention, we all got so used to working so much for so little, and we were so tired, and they'd get you to kind of roll in with their way of thinking.

"It took me a while, but I would always notice on the radio repeatedly 'Code 69'."

She later continues: "They would show up from the back of their house. A beautiful woman would be walking in and walk past with Jeff and Lauren looking in, and they would be gone."

She adds with a shrug: "Code 69."

The Lowes also talk about their past exploits, speaking from bed as they lounge with a woman named Sarah Nicole, an exotic dancer and 'family friend' who says that the code system stands for 'some bait that just walked in the zoo'.

"Basically, basically," Jeff agrees, while Lauren admits: "I am the one that picks out the cute girls."

Smiling, Sarah Nicole adds: "She just walks up and she gets who she wants."

Jeff later says that he and Lauren 'weren't making relationships', they were 'making experiences'.

"The person was almost nameless," he says of previous conquests.

"It was typically hit and run."

LADbible has reached out to Jeff Lowe's representative for comment.

The new series of Tiger King not only explores what's been happening in America's big cat industry since Joe Exotic went behind bars, but also revisits the mysteries of the past - including what happened to Carole Baskin's ex-husband, Don Lewis.

It also promises new 'revelations' as the endlessly boggling saga of competitive zookeepers develops with a dark twist.

A synopsis says: "With Joe Exotic behind bars and Carole Baskin closing in on ownership of his disreputable zoo, the Emmy-nominated saga continues its twisted course with Tiger King 2 as newfound revelations emerge on the motivations, backstories, and secrets of America's most notorious big cat owners.

"Old enemies and frenemies, including Jeff Lowe, Tim Stark, Allen Glover, and James Garretson return for another season of murder, mayhem, and madness. Thought you knew the whole story? Just you wait."

Tiger King 2 is available to watch on Netflix now.
