Photos show filming underway for the forthcoming third season of You, with Penn Badgley in character as Joe Goldberg seen speaking to a new character.
Tati Gabrielle (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina) has joined the cast as a character called Marianne, who is billed as 'a smart, no-nonsense librarian who lives in Joe and Love's neighborhood and doesn't let much get by her'.
In photos from filming, Badgley can be seen standing with Gabrielle, whose back is to the camera.

They are both wearing face masks, suggesting the cameras weren't rolling at that particular moment and their exchange may have taken place between takes.
In another snap, Badgley is getting out of a black car - a mean glare on his face.
Last January, Netflix confirmed there would be a third season of You.

Filming began not long after, although the pandemic brought production to a standstill before resuming in November.
Both the official Netflix Twitter account and the You account tweeted a picture of Badgley's Joe Goldberg wearing a mask, which said on it: "Hello You".
Another photo was then posted on to the show's Instagram story, which said 'And They Lived Happily Ever After' - which we assume is a nod towards the ending of season two.

Despite the setback for the third instalment, the show's co-creator Sera Gamble didn't shy away from offering a few hints as to what we can expect from the eagerly-awaited new instalment.
She explained that 'there's lots to come' with the new mystery neighbour seen at the end of the second season, for starters.
Gamble made the revelation during a virtual chat with Penn Badgley, as they watched and discussed some of the best moments.
Reflecting on a clip in which Joe peeks through his fence at the unknown woman, Badgley said: "I want to ask you about what we're going to do here but you can't really tell us."

Gamble then replied: "It's pretty obvious when we were filming this that we were careful not to show too much of her because that role hasn't technically been cast yet. But there's lots to come with that neighbour."
